“It isn’t that they can’t see the solution. It’s that they can’t see the problem.”
While most people are happy enough to talk about existing problems, we have come to realize that, unfortunately, talking isn’t nearly enough. Even though knowledge is power, and maybe the first step in identifying and solving problems, we think that informing people about the trouble that society and the environment are causing to people who are disabled isn’t enough. We must come up with viable solutions to the problems we identify and apply them where possible, and where not, we must find help in order to put them into action; after all, actions speak louder than words, don’t they?
